one that is given with the utmost sincerity. Recently your crew finished replacing my roof. Being retired, I had the time
and interest to watch much of the work being done. I can't emphasize enough how pleased I was with the quality of work and
the professionalism exhibited by those on the roof as well as those tending to the clean up on the ground. My hat is

Originally, I was planning only to replace my roof which was 30+ years old.. However, after speaking with you and receiving
your very responsible quote for the roof, I decided to ask you for additional quotes on vinyl siding, window replacement,
door replacement, decking, and gutter replacement. You patiently explained the cost of each project. I was impressed with
your great knowledge of building materials, building codes, reconstruction and remodeling techniques, and most of all your
commitment to get the work done correctly. Your work crews were courteous, respectful, and professional. You consistently
supervised each detail. Every part of the exterior renovation was done with superior quality and aesthetically pleasing style.

initial inspection of the project and proposal were timely. The cost was within 5% of the other quotes considered. The suggestion
to incur an incremental cost for a 40 year roof was a good value. The project was started on time and was prosecuted with
a full crew, each day, until complete. Furthermore, you were on the job site 100% of the time. The crew was careful to protect
the driveway and landscaping from damage. One plant was damaged which was compensated without argument. The site was fully
cleaned up with equipment and tools stored daily. The experience during the vendor selection process and project start up
gave confidence that my daily involvement was not required during this three week project. Big benefit ( Clinton created 800,000
jobs; Pam and I have 4 of them) The project was completed for the quoted cost without surprises. In short the project deserves

done at our house ranging from small stuff like replacinga door to big stuff like putting in a pool. We have become pretty
familiar with how it all works, and in all honesty most of the projects have been somewhat painful-work getting delayed, showing
up late, or being difficult about answering questions or making changes we request as we get into the project. When
the roof project started, I commented to my wife that it was the only project we did that was none of those things. Fred was
very patient with the bidding process, answering lots of questions and helping us to make the right decisions. They told us
up front when they would start and finish, which they stuck to. They cleaned up after the end of each day, the workers were
respectful of our property and acted professionally. Price wise they were not the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive

7,2014 I just
recently had a new roof put on my house in Pembroke by Fred Falcone Roofing. Everything from the initial inspection to the
completion of the job went very well. Fred is very professional and his crew are very hard working and very respectful of
the surroundings. I
was always informed of what was to happen and when. The whole job was started in the morning and completely finished by 4:00pm.
My yard and roof were clean with no debris left behind. An excellent job! Thank you to everyone who was involved. I will highly recommend your company!
